What’s in my teapot these days? Today, it’s Hawthorn, Hibiscus, and Peppermint. Sometimes I add other things like Holy Basil or Chamomile and Oat Straw according to my mood. Very calming! (Don’t use too much Hibiscus or it overpowers the blend.) I use equal parts of all ingredients except Hibiscus (maybe 1/2 part) and steep for 3-5 minutes.
